Served as a member of the Board Constitution Review Committee for the Graduate Student Senate at Purdue University during Fall 2024.
Collaborated with administration on revamping the prospective student visit day. I submitted a proposal for a revamped visit day to Ha Nguyen, the program administrator, and collaborated with her in developing the visit day. Initial feedback for the visit day was highly positive.
Organized and co-hosted the inaugural graduate research symposium. Together with three other committee members, we spent over 1000 hours developing materials and guidelines for hosting the event, which went smoothly and without issue. This was by far the largest event run by the graduate student board, in which attendance was well over 200 people. This event was hosted on the second day of visit day for prospective students and was widely praised in feedback from students, faculty, and staff.
